Body, movement, food and health (Kropp, bevegelse, mat og helse) — printable resources

Motor skills, bodily awareness, healthy food habits, and wellbeing.

The fagområde Kropp, bevegelse, mat og helse focuses on developing motor skills, body awareness, and healthy lifestyle habits. Our Fine Motor Development collection includes tracing sheets, scissor skills activities, and sensory templates that build hand-eye coordination. Additionally, we provide interactive tasksheets focused on healthy food, hygiene routines, and naming body parts to foster positive attitudes toward physical well-being.

While Norwegian barnehager are famous for outdoor exploration and active play, these table-top tasksheets offer a perfect calm-down activity after fresh-air excursions. Use the healthy food sheets to spark conversations during meal preparation, or utilise tracing exercises on colder days. They help children connect their physical experiences with symbolic representations, supporting fine motor control inside the classroom.
