Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 5, 2026
Superbuddy Education LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with our platform.
1. Information We Collect
We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.
A. Personal Information
Superbuddy is free to start — users sign in with Google and get complimentary monthly download credits. We do not currently offer paid plans, nor do we collect passwords or payment details at this time. We may collect personally identifiable information when you create or access your account, register via Google, or contact us. This includes:
- Contact Details: Your name and email address. (While the system supports collecting physical addresses and billing details for future paid services, these are not collected at this stage).
- Account Credentials: Google authentication details (such as your Google-provided name, email address, and profile picture) and profile communications. We do not store or process passwords.
- Payment Details: No credit card or billing details are collected or stored, as all currently available plans are free to start with complimentary monthly download credits. Future paid services, if and when offered, will utilize secure, PCI-DSS compliant direct payment gateways.
B. Non-Personal and Session Information
We automatically collect certain technical and behavioral information when you navigate our website to measure performance and improve usability:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet.
- Computer and connection details, login history, and purchase history.
- Session information, including page response times, length of visits to specific pages, page interaction statistics, and methods used to browse away from the page.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information through two primary channels:
- Direct Interaction: When you input details during account creation, checkout transactions, newsletter signups, or when submitting an inquiry or question to our Qriosity Box via forms or email.
- Automated Technologies: Through cookies, web beacons, and browser analytics tools that operate as you interact with our website.
First-Party Product Analytics
Alongside Google Analytics, we record a small set of first-party events on our own servers so we can understand which parts of the site are useful and where people get stuck. These events record what happened and where, not who you are:
- The event itself (for example: a page was viewed, the signup box was opened, a resource was downloaded), the page path, and the point in the site that triggered it.
- The host of the site that referred you (for example
google.com) — never the full referring address, which can contain search terms. - Your approximate country, whether you are on a mobile or desktop browser, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived through.
- A first-party identifier stored in a cookie named
sb_aid, so that repeat visits from the same browser can be recognised as one visitor. If you later sign in, these events are linked to your account.
We deliberately do not keep your IP address or your browser’s user-agent string in this analytics record. These events are retained for up to 180 days and are then deleted automatically. This data is held on our own infrastructure and is not sold or shared with advertisers.
3. Why We Collect Information
We collect Personal and Non-Personal Information for the following core purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain our educational services and platform.
- To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support.
- To contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages.
- To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services.
- To comply with any applicable national and international laws and regulations.
4. Data Storage and Platform Hosting
Our website and platform services are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure that allows us to present and deliver our products and services to you.
- Storage: Your data may be stored through secure data storage, databases, and general applications on secure servers protected by industry-standard firewalls and security protocols.
- Payment Security: While there are currently no paid plans live and no credit card details are collected, any future direct payment gateways used by our company will adhere to the standards set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
5. Communication and Notifications
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
For these purposes, we may contact you via:
- Telephone or text messages
- Postal mail
6. Your Rights and Choices
If you no longer want us to process your data, or if you wish to review, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
7. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on this page. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
8. Terms and Related Policies
- To understand your legal obligations and terms of website use, please read our Terms and Conditions.
- For questions regarding purchase cancellations and refunds, see our Refund Policy.
