Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: July 8, 2026
Superbuddy is committed to making our website and printable early-childhood resources usable for as many people as possible, including educators and parents who rely on assistive technology.
What we aim for
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice, this means we try to ensure our site:
- Can be navigated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to content” link.
- Uses semantic headings, labelled controls, and descriptive link text.
- Maintains sufficient colour contrast between text and its background.
- Presents catalogue and account pages that work with common screen readers.
Our printable resources
Our lesson plans and tasksheets are distributed as PDFs intended for printing and classroom use. We are progressively improving the tagging and reading order of newer files. If you need an existing resource in a more accessible format, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Known limitations
This site is under active development and some areas may not yet fully meet our target. We are aware of this and are working to improve.
Contact us
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need a resource in an alternative format, email [email protected] and tell us the page or file and the difficulty you experienced. We aim to respond within a few working days.
