Personal, Social and Physical Education (PSPE) — printable resources

Developing personal identity, emotional well-being, social relations, and motor skills as active learners.

PSPE in the PYP is concerned with the development of the whole child, promoting physical well-being and positive social-emotional identities. Our tracing templates, sensory guides, mazes, and dot-to-dot worksheets are designed to support fine motor coordination. In addition, we provide child-friendly resources exploring feelings, family units, friendships, hygiene, and safe routines to nurture self-regulation, empathy, and early self-care skills.

Incorporate these physical and emotional education resources into transition moments or calming tabletop stations. Use the feeling and family templates to prompt group talk about the learner profile, helping children explore what it means to be caring, principled, and balanced. Whether developing scissor skills in EY1, naming feelings in EY2, or exploring safety in EY3, these printables help children build agency and confidence.
