At Superbuddy, we are driven by a shared belief that curiosity is a superpower. Our team of early childhood educators, strategy leaders, and creative experts is dedicated to helping young children leverage this superpower to make learning an adventurous journey of self-discovery.

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and inquiry-led exploration, we design playful resources that remove the barriers of access and affordability, ensuring that high-quality early education is inclusive and equitable for children everywhere.

Our Founders

Monika D. Mehrotra

Founder & Lead Educator

Monika is a passionate early childhood educator who believes that learners are natural researchers. She strives to build learning frameworks that are accessible to every child, in every corner of the world, free from social and economic biases. Her approach focuses on co-constructing knowledge through dialogue and nurturing child-initiated wonder.

With a rich background in early years instruction and curriculum development, Monika has worked with some of the most prominent educational institutions, including:

• Amity Group
• Hippocampus Learning Centres

Through these roles, she has designed and implemented inquiry-based learning models that successfully engage preschoolers and empower educators with practical classroom strategies.

Deepak Mehrotra

Co-Founder & Strategy Lead

Deepak brings extensive expertise in institutional design, strategy, and capacity building. He is a recognized contributor and consultant in global Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) policy, working to design future-ready institutions that deliver globally relevant skills.

In addition to his strategic leadership at Superbuddy, Deepak is:

• An advocate for modern education partnerships, building collaborations with governmental and non-governmental organizations to increase access to quality early learning.

• The business development lead in India for Labtech International, one of the largest TVET providers in South East Asia.

• A certified Behavioral Trainer and Coach.

• An active contributor to civic and environmental campaigns, dedicating his personal efforts to local sustainability initiatives.

Working Together for Young Learners

Our founders are supported by a diverse network of early years educators, curriculum designers, and visual artists. Together, we translate complex child development research into low-prep, high-engagement resources for classrooms and homes.
